• BT Diamond IP launches its IPv6 Resource Center as the first IPAM vendor in support of World IPv6 Launch announcement.

2011

• BT Diamond IP product management director authors second IPAM book, IP Address Management Principles and Practice 
• BT Diamond IP joins the Cisco Developer Network
• BT Diamond IP conducts groundbreaking IPv6 survey with over 500 respondents
• BT Diamond IP awarded a second IPAM patent
• BT Diamond IP expands presence in Malaysia, the Philippines and Turkey

• BT Diamond IP introduces the Sapphire Sx20 DNSSEC appliance
• BT Diamond IP releases Sapphire 4.0 operating system with added security, IPv6 and IPMI features
• Upgraded Sapphire 5 and 10 series platforms are introduced; all deployed platforms still supported, no end-of-life policy announced.
• BT Diamond IP introduces resource record approvals, effective DHCP option views, IPv6 subnet discovery and more in IPControl
• BT Diamond IP product management director authors the industry's first IPAM book, Introduction to IP Address Management

2009

• BT Diamond IP receives a U.S. patent for its innovative container feature in IPControl
• BT Diamond IP becomes the first provider of IPAM software, appliances and managed services
• IPControl 3.1 extends discovery capabilities, administrator auditing and IPAM features
• BT Diamond IP receives a "positive" rating on the Gartner IPAM MarketScope® being the only vendor with no noted product deficiencies 

2008

• IPControl is extended into layer 2 with support of switch port mapping, container folding and more
• BT Diamond IP offers the first appliances with fiber interface support
• Sapphire appliances support DNS anycast with OSPF support

2007

• BT acquires INS and Diamond IP, resulting in greater breadth and reach of solutions
• BT retains the Diamond IP brand with BT Diamond IP offering new product branding
• BT Diamond IP introduces the Sapphire 5 series appliances for small-mid size offices
• IPControl 3.0 IPAM solution provides greater functionality, including reclaim, domain policies, IPv6 multi-allocation and more
• BT Diamond IP awarded the Network Testing Lab World Class Award for its Sapphire appliance line

2006

• Diamond IP introduces the Sapphire 20 series high-performance DHCP/DNS appliances
• The Sapphire 20 appliance is the first IPAM/DHCP/DNS appliance family with integrated IPMI, dual CPUs and power supplies as well as RAID-5 hard drives
• IPControl 2.2 introduces the first integrated discovery with reconciliation feature with database-network exception reporting.
• Diamond IP's global presence expanded to 70 countries

2005

• Diamond IP introduces the Sapphire 10 series DHCP/DNS appliances
• Diamond IP introduces the Sapphire EX10 IPAM appliance, offering the industry's first all-appliance IPAM solution
• Diamond IP releases IPControl 2.0
• IPControl supports full BIND configuration via a web GUI including all options, controls, logging, and server parameters
• Diamond IP receives Network Testing Labs World Class Award for IPControl software

• INS acquires Diamond IP
